Neuralgia:

“Dearest Perizat ….Thank you so much I still cannot believe the fact that I am not getting this excruciating neuralgia pain anymore, I am free! I thought I would never get rid of it. I had tried so many methods including medicine of course. I kept on expecting to get the pain again after we finished the treatments and never did, thank God. I really cannot believe that it has gone….. now my extreme anger has almost gone too. I do not feel this constant unreasonable anger at everything and everybody. Now I get angry only when it is a serious provocation, and even then I hold my middle finger as you told me and take 18 or 36 deep breaths, I relax and feel it subsiding until it is gone! Yes I do remember to smile and relax my shoulders too; after all you have reminded me of that often enough! and you were right of course, when calm I can handle the situation much better with much more positive results. Thanks again….. I go back to the sheet you gave me every now and then when I have stressful days at work, I hold the points and it works wonders, I even taught the main central and the arms crossing to some of my colleagues and they love it. One of them had problems with insomnia and now with the main central she sleeps without even having finished the full routine. ….”

“Dear Perizat, I have to tell you my good news. I went to my doctor today to check my spine and hips and guess what; I do not have to have a hip operation anymore. He even told me that the scoliosis has straightened out but there is still some lordosis left. I am so relieved! Depression and strong Anxiety due to transfer due to Economic crisis.

"I am leaving Greece but wanted to let everyone know how helpful Perizat Hamdy has been to me in my difficult times. As many know, she specializes in EFT (emotional freedom technique) and Jin Shin Jyutsu(acupuncture without the needles) for healing emotional and physical issues. I was very skeptical about this actually working when I first started. Very quickly I was surprised to see that it really did work. My face cleared up, and I had more energy.
